As part of the Master Agreement for services of graphic vandalism removal from the external walls of public and private buildings overlooking public streets and subsequent anti-graffiti protection signed in June 2023, a new training cycle was held in January 2025 for volunteers involved in tag and graffiti removal.
The training was carried out by a restoration company with proven experience and was divided into a theoretical part, where technicians illustrated general information on removal procedures, and a practical part in the field.
The theoretical part of the course was held at the Sala Consiglio of Quartiere Santo Stefano, whereas the practical part involved specific cases chosen in via Mascarella and Irnerio.

"The Municipal Administration intends to organize training courses on the procedures for removing graphic vandalism and on graffiti protection of architectural surfaces. The courses will be aimed at volunteer citizens and will be organized for each District. The Contractor will be required to organize the courses and train the volunteers, providing for the development of demonstration materials, drafting of content, any printing costs for information materials, IT equipment. The organization of the courses must take place in collaboration with the Districts. The locations will be made available by the Municipal Administration and will include the IT equipment necessary for the projection of the content (projector and sound system)".
